iv seen one like that, infact its the same video only instead of the penguin slapping the other, it sticks its foot out and trips it over!

when i was a kid, i saw a penguin named tennesee tuxedo and a walrus named chumly try to escape the zoo by jumping the wall, and everytime they did, they got in some kind of trouble and had to get back to the zoo.

and they always got back and learn their lesson just in time for a commercial break..what timing

I haven't thought about that cartoon in like decades! I used to watch that in the 1960's I think.

gee,i watched it in the mid/late 70s with a jethro bodine size cerial bowl of multi sugered cereal with about 4 more tablespoons of suger to boot cause it was never enough, and i would get up at 630 am and watch it before going to school

This sort of reminds me of the penguins in the movie Madagascar. They are not that nice either.
