Been near 100 every day here in Maryland and the news has been showing that the midwest which is usually not as hot, has been like 112 degrees in Iowa!, Pheonix, Chicago.
over 30 people have died in the midwest. Unbelievable.
In Maryland they are opening centers with air conditioning for senior citizens to go to during daytime when it's hottest.

It's 95 today near Cincinnati but the heat index is 111!!

I live near Chicago, and we had a SERIOUS heatwave on Sunday. Fortunately, I couldn't tell, because I stayed in my air conditioned house alllllllll day.

so, how do you deal with the heat yogurt, and staying in the air conditioned room isnt an option
