If he was alive FM would have gotten a hairpiece like his pal Elton because he was very vain about his appearance, just ask Pheobe (Peter Freestone.
He would have gained a middle aged spread because he hated exercise, and about his teeth, no I do not think he would have them done (maybe whitened) but not touched other than that, because as he often stated, he believed it help his vocal range.

I think he´d look like this: He would gain a couple of pounds, and cut his hair short. Nevertheless, he would still look great, cause he really payed attention to his image. ;)
If he were alive I'm sure Freddie would look very well!Even when he was ill he looked well,and,as you can see in their last video, Freddie looks GLORIOUS!No matter the illness!I'm sure he would look well!
This crossed my mind while looking at the inner sleeve of the Miracle Lp (wouldve been really cool if this topic was started on his birthday lol) anyway I just thought he's look kind of like that today. No moustache, short hair. OI dont think Freddie would be opposed to Botox and hair plugs (I think that's one of the reasons he cut his hair in the 80's because if you look at Live at the Bowl closely, especially during the latter end of the concert you can see the beginnings of a bald spot when the light hits).

Brian cut his hair....don't make me puke!!. It's his most distinctive feature and makes him instantly recognisable the world over! As he has said, it's his hair and he can have it any way he chooses. He's the only member who hasn't changed his appearance that much since Queen were formed although he did have a beard at some time if I remember.
As for Freddie, would hope that he shaved his mustache and would probably be balder I think. Also, he may have had a teeth job..although he was terrified of visiting a dentist!
hmmmm...i think he would have gotten a little more gray......that's about it. i agree, he would STILL be as sexi as ever! ^.^
