In Belgium a law has been proposed that these kind of sellers get taxed on this revenue.
Seeing as how the U2 tickets were selling, some crafty little politician (U2 fan and ticketless) was upset. Good idea? Well the state wins and the guy goes on with his business.
It's sad, but it's an opportunity for some.
Mind you, though I understand (and agree to a point this thread), I don't think it's as bad as those who were selling autographs of Dimebag the morning after he was shot on stage. That made me sick. But then again... opportunity for some (sad but true).
