Any tips for West Coast pre-sale buyers??

We're 10 minutes away from the Hollywood Bowl pre-sale. For everyone who did the NJ pre-sale, any suggestions or tips?

I saw that someone said not to use Firefox.

Also, I saw someone mentioning that they forgot the email address and password they used. Is this different than the username/passowrd that was given in the fanclub email with the link?

And never hit the click "Home" link, always use the back button

You have to set up a profile to buy tickets that is your email and a password you choose-click My account.

Then keep on hitting refresh if it states pre-sale sold out or you see a telephone symbol
it will take several minutes , 1/2 hour to get through. Be persistent.

Have multiple browsers open, use Internet Explorer on at least one of them. Firefox won't work, I think...
