We have Chick Fillas all over Maryland and I Love their stuff. Dosn't taste like greasy fast food junk. I like their grilled chicken.

I have seen them too in New York and Florida.
As for the commercial I thought Slipknot were going on tour or something.

I lived in Florida 1990-1991 and used to eat at the Chick Fill-as there too.
Yeah but that commercial is fucking awesome. Too damn good for greasy spoon fast food that probably id really someones fingers lopped off and batter fried. LOL!
Whoever that band is, they should get a record deal or tour and get some credit from the exposure they get on that commercial (if they really are playing their own instruments and singing. They kick some serious ass!
This is hilarious! The real band's name is COQ ROQ! Really! :-)

''SLIPKNOT Threaten To Sue BURGER KING Over 'Lookalike, Soundalike' Band COQ ROQ - Aug. 17, 2005''
''The Smoking Gun has issued the following report:''
''Claiming that its image and persona have been hijacked as part of a marketing campaign for Burger King's new chicken fries, the costumed heavy metal band SLIPKNOT is threatening the fast food giant with legal action. In an August 4 letter [which can be viewed at TheSmokingGun.com], the band's lawyers charge that COQ ROQ — a mock metal band featured in new Burger King commercials — was created as a ''look-alike, sound alike 'band' in order to influence the SLIPKNOT generation to purchase Chicken Fries.'' Counsel for the band notes that COQ ROQ — whose masked members are supposed to resemble badass chickens — has blatantly copied several of SLIPKNOT's signature masks, including a gas mask, a kabuki-style face covering, and a mask with dreadlocks attached. Details of SLIPKNOT's beef with Burger King surfaced in connection with an August 12 federal court filing made by the fast food company and its advertising firm. Burger King wants a U.S. District Court judge in Miami to issue a ''declaratory judgment'' that the COQ ROQ campaign does not infringe on SLIPKNOT's publicity and trademark rights. As for the similar masks, Burger King lawyers — who apparently read the metal mag Revolver — note that many groups ''wear masks and/or make-up to accomplish a mask-like effect, including but not limited to the bands KISS, GWAR, INSANE CLOWN POSSE, MUSHROOMHEAD, MUDVAYNE, MARILYN MANSON, LOS STRAITJACKETS, and the SPITS.''

Last night for the first time I saw this and had NO idea it was a commercial for Burger King til the very end...which is the point.
Great fairly long, commercial with a kick ass heavy metal band in costumes, in concert tearing up the stage as their fans go wild, singing some tune I couldn't make out the words...at first.
Then at the end, you see the Burger King Chicken fries, and (I realized the band was SCREAMING ''chicken fries''!)
Anyone seen this thing? It's cool for a fast food commercial.
Cool? COOL? It's one of the most annoying commercials I have ever seen. Rarely does an ad make me want to either mute the TV, turn the channel or make me never want to have anything to do with the company in question.
