No, but I moved some parts around, inverted the left channel, put in a flange effect in some parts, and played with crossfades. I also heavily repaired the track.

Have to agree, it's balanced too far right, the cross fading doesn't work (the idea of cross fading is not to hear the 'fade' part), and the delay is... well, horrible. Sorry!
However, you have given my the impetus to have a look at the DVD-A of '39, to see if I can do anything with it, so thanks for that! :)

YIKES! You can tell this is from someone who just found effects for the first time and is easily impressed. Hey, we've all been there, even moi.
But this is overloaded rubbish. And if you don't know what remastered means, don't pass off this kind of tripe as that which it most certainly IS NOT!
Not the worst debut ever, but surely in the top 5.

Like Lord F says, dont take it to heart. Sometimes the school of hard knocks is the only way to learn. Its how you find out what works and what doesnt. As Adam said, its like you just found something amazing for the first time and went with it - although its not always a great idea, it also sometimes thats not such a bad thing either. My first two mixes (WWRY and AOBTD) were pretty much like that. Its only until I listened to what everyone else was doing that I realised theres a lot more to it than meets the eye. And also you, like I, had the bottle to put our mixes up for criticism and took a few blows so to speak. But hey, you probably had a lot of fun doing so at the time.
Maybe in the future you should also take into account other things like filters and EQ'ing (especially when working with extracted vocals) just to see how that would work.

P.s My next mix is just about there but I'm going to have to test the water first as its not so much a remix, more of a Mashmix.... So we shall see...
