my hotmail account has disappeared.......help!!!

2 weeks ago my hotmail account disappeared and i don´t know what to do.all my contacts esp in the queenworld are gone.i am very desperate.i contacted the hotmail support....now answer.can anyone who knows more about pcs than i do please help!!!

If you didnt log in, in a certain amount of time they delete your account.
If you have a error logging in, click the contact support button.

Did you wait longer than one month between logins? If so, then they empty your messages and contacts.

I once had my hotmail emails deleted, and there were hundreds in there. Thankfully I could click the "back" button to see the list of contacts that were in my inbox before they got deleted. I think there was only one person whose address I couldn't recover.

thanks for help!
it is still not working and the support didn´t answered.i asked a lot of my friends and nobody knows.i read my mails a few times a day and it happened from one second to the other.the bad thing about it is that i´ve been on the tour and saw 8 shows and gave a lot of people i met my adress and
now they are lost.anyone who knows me and wants to contact me.i still have the same adress,but now its
hotmail.de and not hotmail.com
(you see that i don´t learn from my mistakes)´

didn´t get a mail from you bob but would like to.
