You can upload the CD in OneDrive. It's free and never delete files by copyright.

I always use zippyshare http://www.zippyshare.com/# for file sharing. Free, no registration and no bs.

OK. I'm in the middle of decorating my entire flat at the moment, and haven't got access to all of my hard drives, but I'll look into this as soon as I can get around to it.

Sorry if I'm disturbing, but what happened? You have uploaded the CD?

There isn't a CD. They are all individual files, so you'd have to make your own CD.

Sorry, I've been really busy and I just haven't had time for this, but will get onto it soon.

I see that 19 people have downloaded AWT, and only one comment? Sadly, this is one of the reasons I don't really do this any more - too much effort for people who can't even be bothered to say thanks. :(
