Anne of Ballyratshire shall be playing the mouth harp and cowbell for Queen + Paul Rodgers in New Jersey. The cowbell will be featured on such classics as "Tie Your Mother Down" and "The Show Must Go On", while the mouth harp and kazoo will make appearances on "Radio Ga Ga" and numerous other songs. I will also have a 15 minute cowbell solo session, immediately after Roger's drum solo. Both Brian and Roger have forfeited portions from their solos so that I may grace the stage for an extended amount of time, wooing and wowing the audience with my classical performance of the cowbell. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
Our official promo photo has been posted on my profile.
God bless,

I will be featured on the triangle during Wishing Well.. See you there!
Erin,
Lord have mercy! Sounds like we've got us a REAL live band! How lucky we are! We're going to blow Paul Rodgers out of the friggin' water!

Did I mention the washboard solo?
Well, while we're on the subject, I might as well announce that I will playing accordion during a new song Roger & I have been working on -- "I'm In Love With My Accordion"
Shay,
I absolutely can't wait! I'm a maestro of the cowbell, Erin is quite good on triangle and washboard (she's from South Carolina, so I'm only assuming as much) and I am just hoping and praying that you can really give hell to an accordion.
I'm in the process of trying to convince Roger, Brian and Paul to simply change the name of the tour to Queen + Friends, so that the tour title accomodates our presence.
Erin, I truly hope that Brian also allows us to blend together the sounds of South Carolina and the rolling hills of the Welsh countryside in a song that I propose come immediately after Radio Ga Ga. No telling what we could come up with - you play washboard, I play the harp? Hell, the possibilities are endless.
So exciting. The Meadowlands will be one hell of a night to remember!

Erin,
That band looks first class! Why, maybe we could even get Earl Scruggs to finger pick us a little banjo at the Meadowlands. Slowly but surely, this is starting to look like Friends + Queen, not Queen + Friends.

I'll be there tearing up the house on kazoo!
I'm also a virtuoso on spoons!

Oh, sweet Lord - it's Friends + Queen! We'll be the talk of the town!

Hey you could be warm up band at the QZ tailgate party!!
Oh, the possibilities...
And for the first encore, I will be joining Queen on bass for "Another One Bites The Dust" and "Comfortably Numb" (the latter which will also be sung by me and Paul Rodgers, with me doing Roger Waters' parts and Paul doing Dave Gilmour's parts)
After which, I will join the rest of the "+ Friends" cast on stage for a rousing applause, and 2nd encore, where we will sing "We Will Rock You", "We Are The Champions", leave the stage with the new "God Save The Queen" remix playing in folded-down stereo, and then come back onstage for a 3rd and last encore, with the songs "The Star-Spangled Banner" and "God Bless The U.S.A.", with me on the roto toms and backing vocals

Jeez SA, who's the git with the banjo--surely it can't be! If I'd known you were letting just ANYBODY in, I'd have sent my own demo tape. I play a wicked stereo, am a virtuoso on one of those tiny toy pianos, AND, I'm world-class yodeler.
Did I read correctly that someone will be playing the triangle, washboards, and the jugs? In just what kind of venue will this band perform? The Bada Bing maybe since the first gig is in Jersey? (Which exit?)
