Depends on how it's offered.
When it's a download link it will ask you where to store it (especially when you click right-mouse-button and chose Save Target As).
Or you might be lucky to find it in your map with temporary internetfiles after playing the video (and before closing your browser). This goes sometimes for streaming video.
