I think some of the crowds at the first few shows were rather loud during the song, thus it got dropped.

Yes, on the DVD's you can hear the crowd going absolutely crazy when Roger comes to the catwalk and Paul is basically "in his shadow". No wonder he didn't feel like performing it anymore.

Indeed. Roger is the reason the crowd goes nuts. Not Paul performing Seagull. That's a shame i think because i think it's a great song !

It was dropped during the Italian shows.

Check the Amateur Rome DVD to see what he means.
