It doesnt work anymore now we've got broadband why? i've downloaded java and it still doesnt work. My uncle has broadband but it works on his. why is this happening? Please help!

What happens when you try and access the chat? Do you get an error message?
Typically when you are on broadband you will have a firewall. Your firewall may be blocking your access to the chat.

I can't help with the java problems, but for future reference, chat related stuff generally goes into the Personal section, and it's best to confine it to just one topic at a time :)
Well i click on enter the chatroom and it just refreshes the page.
