Bri's hair was short (compared to just about any other time in his career) around 1980. It was just about at his shoulders. It looked really good.
Brians hair goes in a cycle. It has been in, gone out and soon it will come back in to fashion...just like his clogs

I think the hair is still just fine. What he needs is face reduction surgery.
What kind of question is that?! Hell no he should NOT cut his hair off. Its his trademark and everyone knows him for it. If he cut it off he would be cold in the winter and you wouldn't be able to annoy him while he's walking down the street.
