(Not TOTP performance, though IWT could be from Marc Bolan Show - I have seen only one Roger's performance of this song and I don't know if it's from this show or if it's promo, but real promo videos I mean)

The answer is that both would have been directed by whoever directed the relevant TV shows - IWT is indeed from Marc, which has been repeated on cable TV, so someone should hopefully be able to catch the director's name on the credits.
The principle should also apply to the two FM appearances, but good luck tracking down the entire programmes.
