Forget Paul Rodgers this guy is the closest you folks are going to get to the real thing. Forget the Queen + PR tour. Go see this guy. He is amazing!!

I am sure that Queen could have gotten a lot of guys that sing and sound better and more like Freddie than PR. But what would be better. The best imitation ever(which wouldn't be as good as the real thing) or something totally unique and different??
Queen can't be Queen again, but they can be Queen + Paul Rodgers. A Freddie clone would no doubt be better than Paul, but why see a clone when you can buy or rent a dvd with the real thing? You can't, however, see PR's version of Queen through an old show. It may not be as good, but it will leave you(or at least me) with an experience that stands seperate from the Freddie experience. I'm so damned glad that Brian and Roger understand that and have had the guts to do what they have done in making this tour.

Why would you want to to see an impersonater? That's the point of the 2005 tour having a singer not identical to Freddie. Impersonaters are embarrasing IMO.

I think Jeff Scott Soto would've been cool on the tour, if you've heard his covers of the songs they ate quite good.
