cdon.com doesn't ship to the US, amazon.de - unless there's English translation it won't work too well.

I've bought plenty of stuff from Amazon.de before, and I can't even read or understand German.
The website will accept the same e-mail address and password that you would use for the other Amazon sites. The trick is to use the Google translation tool whenever you get stuck whilst making your order. If you're used to buying stuff off of Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com, the basic procedure of adding an item to the basket and then checking-out, is exactly the same.
