ok Extreme did a Queen Medley at the FMTC, but which song do you think they did the best out of it? in the medley was:-

1-Mustapha
2-Bo Rhap (end rock section)
3-Keep Yourself Alive
4-I Want To Break Free
5-Fat Bottomed girls
6-Bicycle Race
7-Another One Bites The Dust
8-We will Rock You end guitar bit
9-Stone Cold Crazy
10-Radio Ga Ga (drum beat)with(DAY OH!)
11-Radio Ga Ga

In my opinion i think they did really well with mustapha, KYA, Another One Bites the Dust,Stone Cole Crazy, Day Oh, Radio Ga Ga.

What do you think?

I liked the whole medley but to be more specific: I liked the harmony vocals on IWTBF and I thought bycicle race was pretty good.
Feed the Phoenix :)
Personally, I think that that medley was better than most of the second half of the concert! My favourite part? Radio Gaga was better than the version on the works, especially the fat chugging bass at the start replacing the nasty synth. Nuno's freestyle gutar widdling at the start of another one bites the dust was fantastic and (as always with extreme) all the harmonies were top notch!
"I'll probably make loads of plans, and then just sit around on my bottom all day long and do nothing." The Man In The Shadows says it like it is. http://www.myspace.com/petearnold
I thought it was a brave thing to do and musically I thought they pulled it off. but I just can't stand Gary Cherone, I just find his performance too in your face, not in an entertaining way but in a 'look how good I am' kinda way. Not my cup of tea I'm afraid.
To cast aside the fury of the battle. To turn my weary eyes for home.
i will always have a warm spot in my heart for Extreme for that wonderful medley (even though i think as a band they suck big time).

i can't get enough of their version to Day Oh just before Radio Ga Ga...
Thank you my darlings, you lot of tarts.
Was a great medley and choose favorite parts...mmm I like it intros of Bettencourt and Pat in KYA and Radio Ga ga (respectly) even more than performanced by Queen, so that's my answer:

Keep Yourself Alive
Radio Ga ga (without Day Oh)
And as the seasons turn the days to years She holds her pictures, hears the silent cheers The days grow lonely for the dancing Queen And now she dances only in her dreams...
nuno's funky guitar on another one bites the dust was a great addition to the song

Gary was great on I want to break free and Radio Ga-Ga, working the crowd into a frenzy

Ending with the harmonizing of the end of bohemian...'any way the wind blows' was perfect
Extreme - suck

I think not

amazing band

Check out nuno's new band at :

kicks ass - new album out soon

and the whole of the medley was shit hot - best part I would say bicycle race (cos it was so unexpected) and keep yourself alive

I hav't heard the Extreme medley, And I don't think I'll go out of my way to hear it going by what I've heard them do from Queen in the past. They may be to Extreme for me! I do like the song the guy did Some Day One day On the stage of champions,That was nice,He did a real good job on it ,do you have any more Queen recordings?

Interface rules. I love Pilots and Heavy but Interface is fabulous. Nuno Bettencourt is a genius, and the band is super tight, I can't wait for the release.

The Medley went down well because I dont think many Queen fans at that time quite understood what Metallica were all about, I certainly didnt! I was expecting a Queen day. I think it went down as well as it did because they followed Metallica on. Still sounded good though. Oh, and I do love Metallica!
Chom own mudder fukker.
