A dutch radio network is placing posters at almost every busstation to promote theire radiostation there's a poster of Freddie aswell! but the poster is awful look:

That's bloody aweful! Why the hell would they do a proper bust for the other 2 and have Freddie's arms lopped off??? I know he's most famous for those poses, but they could have done a regular one of him.

I agree about that too. It's actually not only ugle but scary, creepy. Who is the god awful ''artist'' who did this because I hope he/she doesn't quit their day job over this ''art''. Plain awful.

oh and finally - because you are obviosuly so UNEDUCATED...Freddie's 'arms lopped off above the elbows' is actually reminiscent of one of the most famous pieces of artistic sculpture ever made - the Venus de Milo - so it COULD be taken to be a flattering piece - now who lookslike a numbnuts ????
My apologies for the insult - your rants do the job for me. Telling someone to grow up after they've voiced their personal opinion regarding the visual aesthetics of said poster is insulting.
As for Venus de Milo, oh educated one, that piece originally had arms, which were stolen later. The piece still exudes beauty, granted, but one can tell by the fractures of the upper arms that it is no longer how it was created. The bust of Freddie looks like Carl Weathers' pain-ravaged face as he's being skewered by the alien in Predator, after having his arm blown off by the creature's shoulder cannon.

I have to agree on this one. It's an INSULT to the Venus de Milo, and NO her arms did not look like they had been hacked off and her face does not look like she is contorted in agony!
