Alot of the newer artists not only have NO talent, they are FUGLY.

How come the GREAT artists of the classic rock years...all were amazingly talented...AND great looking?

All of the Beatles were handsome with the exception of Ringo and I even found him quite attractive after the Beatles broke up and he went solo and matured with a mustache.

The Rolling Stones were handsome, Bowie, Peter Gabriel.

As for women, Stevie Nicks, Pat Benatar, Heart's Ann and Nancy Wilson, The Jefferson Airplane's Grace Slick, were ALL also amazingly talented and GORGEOUS.

R&B greats like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson were also amazingly talented and attractive.

What the hell happend to music in the new millenium?

With minor exceptions like Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong, Foo Fighter's Dave Grohl, Joss Stone, most new artists have NO talent,...

Suck ass big time, and are BUTT FUGLY. From 50 Cent to Macy Gray to Joan Osbourne to the Pete Doherty, Britney (well she's pretty but she has NO talent!!!!), or Ricky Martin (cute but NO talent!!!!)

Years ago we fans got to enjoy BOTH great talent and HOT looking talent at that.

Did the new generation of music stars just happen to be BOTH UNtalented and FUGLY?????

That's why I enjoyed this Sugababes video. No they are not the end all move the earth talent.

But I DO like their pop confections VERY much, and they are attractive. OMG...didn't know any of the like existed anymore.

There ain't many ladies in music that I would say are supremely talented these days. To be honest, I just look at the tits on them.

Call me sexist if you like, I've never denied it, but it's a sexist industry. Being physically grotesque won't hinder you if you're a feller with some talent (Elton John, Phil Collins, Tom Jones, That Irish chap with two teeth in his head), but you've no chance if you're a lass who looks like the back end of a bus, no matter how good you sound.

In your opinion yeah. But at the end of the day, music is about exactly that... music. Not about how people look. The problem is, image is everything nowadays, rather than music.

That is what is wrong with the times.
