I think they should go back and rerecord all the Queen albums with Paul Rodgers on vocals. That would be amazing :-p
Good point. As most people have forgotten that Freddie existed anyway it's a good idea. Freddie was not an important part of Queen anyway.
Stupid me why didn't Brian and Roger choose PR in the 1st place
tsc, tsc, be more open minded.

Hi BPP,
You are right about this. Unless they are going to produce new material, Brian and Roger should probably retire. The current situation is really depressing. I admire Deacon for staying out of this.

Because we are Queen fans and this "Queen" part
of Q+PR is NOT Queen. Great rock band, but not
Queen. No Freddie, No John, No Queen.

Right. They should just stop doing what they love. I'm pretty sure that they give props to Freddie every day and at every show they do.
Do any of you really think Freddie would be looking down, watching what is happening, and getting pissed off? I know I can't believe it. The very fact that they play on is a tribute to him in every sense. They haven't tried to replace him. No one could ever do that.
What they are doing is what they love to do - play music. They're reaching out to the very fans that have supported them for 30+ years. They're saying thank you...and yes... they're also saying that they are still here and still have what it takes to put on a great show.
Get over it. Freddie is dead. He's not coming back from the grave. We have many wonderful albums, videos, etc. to remember him. Brian and Roger are celebrating Freddie's life and Queen's music. Rejoice that they still have what it takes to get up on stage and play those classics that we all love so dearly.
I honestly feel badly for those who continue bitching about things that cannot be changed; those who are living in the past and not enjoying the present and the future.
Finally, do you think Brian & Roger really care about what the live cd's do on the charts? Or do you suppose that they are just so very happy to be doing what they love once again; paying tribute to the greatest performer who ever lived; a comrade, a showman, a friend.
So go ahead and watch the charts, complain about the quality of the cd's, the lack of Freddie, how B&R are doing Freddie a disservice.
I'll be busy enjoying the music, the show, and the twillight of the careers of 2 great musicians. As I believe Freddie would have said in regards to this tour: "The Show Must Go On, my lovelies".

Already got it babe. Infact I own every CD Album, Box set, Gold Discs. Autographed photos, posters, ticket stubs, DVDS and all videos. The isn't much I haven't got apart from THIS RUBBISH WITH PR, 5FIVE. I've seen WWRY in London and thought it was good but THAT GUY PR IS SIMPLY AWFUL HE HAS NO VOICE CANNOT SING AND DOESN'T EVEN DO JUSTICE TO ANY QUEEN MATERIAL. HE SHOULD BE JAILED FOR HIS OFFENCES.

They can play music all they like just don't use the name Queen.
