Devastating. There are no words.
Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!! NJ!!!
3 significant levee breaches now...:-S At least, there is no one in the city this time..
Well .. given the fact that there hasnt been enough time to acctually rebuild these levees its no wonder why they broke yet a second time. Reports earlier stated New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin wanted to re open the city to some 180,000 people. Luckily for him he re evacuated those people once again once rita showed up. Had he not done that these second levee breaches could have prooven to be more catastrophic than the first time around. Nagin was rather jumpy for wanting to re open so soon but one cant blame him because New Orleans is one of the most attractive citys in the United States if you know where your going and what you are doing. I really dont think he should get any critisism what so ever in this matter. As for those buses that were underwater ...I believe he didnt have enough time to get them out before Katrina hit anyhow. On top of that those people didnt really want to leave anyway and those that did eventually got out. Lets all pray that this nightmare finally comes to a close. Hurricane season ends in early November .. we dont need a 3rd one comming to the gulf.
