It's not used in the finished song. You probably heard it in one of the Queen documentaries which shows the making of One Vision. Freddie was just playing around since he didn't have a final set of vocals to sing yet :)
It's available originally on 'Magic Years' (volume one). Probably a snippet on 'Champions of the World' also, and most recently, the Greatest Video Hits 2 DVD set, disc 2.
