ANNOUNCE: Queen live in Newcastle 1979 (second night)

I've been listening to the gig a couple of times now and I found that the sound quality changes (between fairly good and almost very good). Also the beginning of LOML is missing and there are a few omissions at non-critical points. While playing the CD I turned the treble to maximum and it sounded much better, luckily there's not too much hiss. Still it sounded very flat and (missing the word: far too less treble), the very high tones (cymbals etc.) are missing almost completely.

Despite of that it's a great concert, Freddie is very enthusiastic, hitting all the high notes (sometimes even exaggerating it a bit imho) and getting better from song to song. There's a very nice and unusual blues-based guitar solo embedded in KYA and Liar.

If they invent a time-travel system in the next 50 or so years, the Newcastle gig would be a worthy destination.
