Need video help

I have a video with nudity I'd like to obscure.. a little blue dot maybe or blurring part of it.. what do I need for that? I have the video in AVI, VCD MPEG, DVD MPEG and WMV so format isn't a problem..

if you have pinnacle - you can add a small 'lense flare' easy enough to do

Cheers mucker. I got it sorted. Split the nude part into a separate section and added a pixelating effect to it. Works well with part of the music I chose too. Be posting it soon :)
