I think it's absurd to hear people talking about what Freddie "would have wanted".
None of you knew Freddie personally. I knew my grandmother personally and I still have a hard time knowing what she "would have wanted" about things.
That said, I think Roger and Brian continuing to write can only be a positive thing. Just because Freddie died doesn't mean they did - nobody has a right to tell them to stop writing, regardless of who they choose to include. I'm sure you'd enjoy people judging your choices based on what your friend who died 14 years ago used to do.
