The bloke who created the noise ('a pimped up moped', I believe it was supposed to be) apologises for nothing. The bloke who created the Crazy Frog itself (originally called 'The Annoying Thing' and sometimes still marketed as The Annoying Thing) apologises as he didn't know it would be this big and, oddly enough, annoying.
