LOL!!! You're right gihona... I DO watch too much CNN. But this is what I mean. You said ARABS are more than welcome to attend if the band were to play there. See, it's always us and them with you guys. Jews versus Palestinians etc. Here in the States we're SO beyond that crap though we do have a ways to go as far as racial issues, gun control and our President. But we do get along for the most part and we're civil. We're not perfect by any means. I don't look at a person funny because of his color, race or religion. Or look down upon them for that either. Queen music is for evryone. I'm sure you'll agree but to have a mixed crowd in one spot for two hour might not be a good thing. SOMETHING is going to happen. And then I'll watch it on CNN.

mmmm... how can i put it?? YOU ARE WRONG. if there will be a concert of a great band like Queen it wouldn't matter if you're arab, jew, chinese or a fucking indian. it's not like i'm walking down the street in Tel Aviv and cross the to the other side when i see some arabs walking by... and i actually have couple of arab friends who work with me. it's not like the racial tension here is on the verge of explosion any minute. lay off the CNN, watch a bit of MTV :)

and i think Queen can have the gig of a lifetime here, they have so many followers, i think i am not wrong to say they are one of the most radio dominant bands in the country.

My bassist wrote a great song called Road to Jerusalem. A song about a guy who keeps hearsing about this wonderful land in Israel that he himself has to go there and get a piece of it. LOL - the theme of your basist song sounds great - and very true... but the situation here can't be resolved that simply - it is really kinda complicated... i wish it could have been resolved by just sayin' - let's stop the fighting. again i have a lot to say about that - but it's not the place. god, fuck everything - i just wish that we can enjoy international artsists play here the way we used to. the way people in Europe can go to a different gig evey other day. i hope this year will be the breakthrough year, and i wish Queen will be the first to come!

I would love to send you the song we perform. It's a really cool tune. It was cleverly written without pointing fingers at anyone. We even tried to capture a "mid Eastern feel" to it as well. And it would be nice if you guys over there could see various gigs like you mentioned. I saw Queen back in 78 and again in 1980. GREAT shows!!! Maybe you folks are not too different than us but the media has a way of portraying the mid East in a negative way. All we hear is what bad things are happening instead of the good. Same with Iraq but that's a whole other story.

by the way - MTV sucks here too, but it still beats CNN no? ;-)
