And before anyone asks... the B-Side of the Love Kills single ("Rot Wang's Party") has nothing to do with Freddie. It's Georgio Moroder's. The thing in common with the 2 tracks is that they belong to the re-make of the METROPOLIS movie.

It's on the Metropolis soundtrack album as well :-)

How bout this one:
No More Brothers (responsible for the nr-1 hitremix of Living On My Own) made three remixes of Love Kills. The best known one is the great Ouverture Mix (an awefull quality snippet of that one is around). All three remixes were intented for release right after Living On My Own, but none of them ever saw the light of day.

Okay... How about the wrong lyrics printed in Metropolis sleeve? :)

No, it's probably original lyrics written by Moroder, but Freddie didn't like and re-wrote it. And by someone's mistake it was printed on the sleeve.

Maybe early demo exists, but this question goes to Mr B.

And I'll add that Queen version also exists...

I don't mean to turn this into another Too Much Love Will Kill You authorship thread, but why the co-writing credits on this one? And is that the reason why it wasn't released as a Queen single instead?

Because it was written by Freddie and Georgio... Freddie re-worked lyrics, but the idea came from Moroder. I don't know about music though.
