I have an issue here. I have lots of flac files on my harddisk, and i want to make an back up. I know cd`s are a safe choice, and EAC can be used to copy this to the harddisk in a safe way if i want to have them on my harddrive again.
DVD`s can store more files, and will save me for lots of cd`s and time. Are there programs like EAC that can be used on DVD`s?
I`ve tried to just copy the files without using EAC, and some of the files got damaged in the process. I`m afraid this will happen if i use DVD`s too.......
Hope you understood my question.

Er, does writing flac files to a "data" DVD compromise your quality issue?
There`s no problem burning it into the DVD, but how do i get it to my harddisk again without getting any errors?
You just copy/paste them in windows explorer like any other file. It's a perfectly safe procedure.
Use Nero to make BackUp files of what you want to back up. Either CD-rom or DVD-rom.
It is not just a normal data disc. Nero also remembers what you have on each disc.
