im wearing a tampon today, and im just wondering, can i still go for a wee/poo with it in? sounds stupid but im really not used to them.. help!!

also, im just wondering whether.. if ive just gone swimming or just had a shower, do i need to change my tampon incase the water goes up there and fills the tampon up instead? ahh confusing subject.. sum1 pleaseeeeee help!
