Would this be OK to share?

I don't have this CD *YET* (as I'm bidding for it on eBay atm.), but I was wondering if this particular track would be OK to share here (in FLAC format) if I got the CD:

Queen featuring George Bush (Sr.) - We Are The Champions


Or does this constitute as official material?

Hmm... If it was released by the US military (as it was, but I don't know details) - then I think there are no any problems for sharing, but if it went under Hollywood Records label - then it's another story, IMHO.

When it arrives it'll be a Hollywood promo CD, therefore official.

I'm looking at the picture there is of the CD, but I can't make out anything that would indicate it being a HR disc. (Not even a logo)
So maybe it IS a U.S. Military CD after all?
