Thanks
"Anyway The Wind Blows"
like i said this dvd is encoded to region free or region 0 if u like, this means it will play on ANY dvd player
daz
you could recode it to ntsc or pal if you want but i cannot see the point really

Region free has nothing to do with PAL or NTSC TV-standard.
Even region free DVDs are either in PAL or NTSC.
Seeing that this is an Italian concert, I would be surprised if it is not in PAL.

I'm on 96.9% now.
The last bits are always the hardest!....

SEEDERS, PLEASE OPEN YOUR WINDOWS

Am stuck at 97.6%, as is a lot of fellow peers.
It was filmed in Italy, so it's safe to assume it's PAL unless the filmer was an American or Japanese. Here in Europe, only PAL camcorders are sold.

Most European DVD players and TV sets have an NTSC to PAL60 converter, so you can watch NTSC tapes and DVDs just like PAL. It's only some American DVDs and TV sets which are unable to play PAL. If you have NTSC and are not able to watch a PAL DVD you must re-encode the files to NTSC - or you watch the VTS files on your PC with Videolan (for example)
I do not want any google ads here.
is anyone seeding , i got for a long time an avarage download speed of 0 k/sec and i'm at 97.9% it's getting really frustrating...
