Well, I was once an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, so I think I might be of some assistance. Well, firstly, it really helps to be a citizen of the United Kingdom or other Commonwealth realms ruled by the Queen, otherwise you'll just have to deal with being an honorary member.
Anyway, I saved the whales and the Queen was like "Shit, man, you saved the whales hardcore." And I was like "Yeah, baby, le's make out." Yeah, because of sleep paralysis, I sometimes roll out of my body, once I was able to float down my hallway to my living room.

I had the sleep paralysis many times when I first started taking an antidepressant called Pamelor years ago. I didn't know about OBE's at the time, but thinking back to how frightening the paralysis was, I don't believe I could ever let it continue long enough to float out.
If that's what happens in death, it's gonna suck. Guess you'd get used to it though and if there were people around maybe it's not so scary.. except when you realize they can't see or hear you.

I had the sleep paralysis several times but, although I was feeling really good during the whole process , I wasn't able to roll out of my body.
