Apparently it is looking likely that there could be another season of Rockstar, this time with Van Halen.
They were talking about it on the radio this morning and said that other bands that were mentioned for a posssible second season were Queen & Alice and Chains. They talked about how both of these bands have strongly denied that they would take part in a show like this. They then said that Queen were cheesy enough to do the show! :-|

That show is ridiculous - all scripted. Mark Burnett (the producer) calls the shots. INXS had already made up their minds and picked J.D. Fortune for their lead singer many weeks before the finale......what a joke. Reality show my ass.
I read on Blabbermouth that Van Halen's management has released a statement denying they are doing this.

Where did you hear that? Weeks before the finale J.D. was still being a prick and refusing to work as part of a group. Why would you pick someone like that so early on?
