Wish mine was a joke, but I actually do live in a 70 foot long trailer (caravan, for you Brits) in Kansas. It's falling apart and for nearly two years I haven't had gas service (prices were getting too high) so I use electric heaters, cook everything elctrically, have no hot water.. in colder times I heat water for washing, in warmer times I take cold showers.
Sounds like hell perhaps, but I've gotten used to it and I find that I've saved a ton of money by going all-elecric. I basically live in one room most of the time and don't bother heating or cooling the rest :)
Oh, and my water all comes from a single hose ever since the pipes froze and burst back in January. I keep meaning to get that fixed :-P

Luxury.
I had to get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night half an hour before I went to bed, drink a cup of sulphuric acid, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our Dad and our mother would kill us and dance about on our graves singing Hallelujah.

All fourteen of my houses are pretty similar. Most of them are ocean front, however the bigger ones aren't. But hey, a twelve million dollar property can't have both an ocean front house AND a mansion. I can't complain too much, I guess.
