They keep calling for snow here, but so far we're safe. I'm concerned - it's been above freezing and I've already busted out the hat and mittens! I am hoping it will hold off a little longer so the little kiddies won't freeze on Hallowe'en (I have terrible memories of wearing a snowsuit under my costume when I was little - it ruins the effect!).
Aah, we're expected atleast three days of plus-temperatures with chances of RAIN until tuesday. Infact it'll be the warmest days since early september if I recall correctly. I can't even recall when we last had +10C or close to it.

If this is winter, I'm loving it ;-) The snow has already melted and I can see grass again. Of course global warming doesn't exist...

The Last week near Chicago we have had heavy frost, but no snow, and my sons and I got to go tent camping in it for Cub Scouts. It sure was hard to get out of the sleeping bag in the morning.

This coming week we have a warm up with high temperatures of 20 C.

Heck no, just a tiny patch of forest that separates the house I live in from a rather busy road. The view is from my 3th floor apartment window.
