Flac To MP3

I'm sure this has been posted. How can you convert flac files to mp3 files? If there is a topic on this already, can someone post the link to it? Thanks.

you have to download a program, i usually download from www.download.com and put on search flac to mp3 and then download a program, they usually work 30 days then you have to pay for it, but then i usually just download from there another program. :D

If I was goign to do it I'd download the flac program itself and convert the files to wav then convert to mp3 using something like Right-click mp3.
