Queen Dance Trax

Would like to know what anyone else thinks of this?
I have this CD. It is German from 1996. It contains eurodance pop versions of Queen hits. Some are cover versions others are remixes - ‘Flash’ is full on dance and better than the original.

Also saw CD of Queen songs played by String Quartet. Has anyone heard this? Is it any good?

Honestly Queen Dance Trax is one of the worst things I have ever heard in my life. How and why this got the official seal of approval is beyond me.

I can hear without pissing off only Scatman John's TIM and DJ Bobo's (or whatever he calls himself) Radio GaGa, mostly because of untouched Freddie's vocal.

Whew.
And here I was, thinking I was the only guy who "liked" Scatman John's TIM.

It's not all bad :)

There are one or two really cringy tracks but I like listening to it every now and again. Its interesting to see how they recreated songs in the dance style.

um some tracks are ok, but friends will be friends lol is hilarious he sounds so feminine,
scandal is well shit, its one of my fav queen songs aswell, :(
