It is hardly an excessive delay. It is not even a 1 second delay. Most people will probably not even notice the VERY slight delay.
Did you really expect to get quality control from a bootlegger? They can't even spell the name of venue correctly on the cover they mailed with the DVD. You should be thankful that they had enough intelligence to transfer the concert from tape to DVD in the first place.

Sorry, I hope I didn't come across as bitchy. I wasn't trying to complain as much as I was trying to state that, yes, I definitely noticed that there was a delay, but it wasn't 1-2 seconds. I am quite happy with my copy - itsy bitsy delay and all. :-)
