Just saw it in the QZ news and found it hilarious!

I kind of agree with it :-))

I think there should be more 'dears' and 'darlings' when it comes to Freddie. It just doesn't sound like Freddie...

And I don't think they'd be quite so negative about this great tour. I think they'd be thrilled 'cos Q+PR make one helluva team and give a good rock n roll show.
Sorry for the off-topic, but talking about Queen and PR connections: most funny thing for me is that there's one guy from Queen who has much more in common with Paul Rodgers than any others before the end of 80s, when Brian/Roger started to work with Paul in some ways - this guy named All Right Now as one of his fave tracks ever, this guy played with Simon Kirke and Mick Ralphs and this guy has nothing to do with the current tour... Guess the name ;)

You're right! It doesn't really sound like him.
But I had a good laugh anyway.

No, Greg Brooks :-P Well, for the newbies - answer is John Richard Deacon.

lol!
Je vais bien. Estoy bien.
What a ridiculous little article.
A: Freddie was a big Paul Rodgers fan
B:

Sorry, let me try that again

A: Freddie was a big Paul Rodgers fan
B: Someone's trying to make their preference for George Michaels known but, fearing flames, is putting the words in someone else's mouth
C: Why would they quote endless facts and statistics is a casual conversation?
D: Liza Minelli is waaaaay past it. She was past it at the tribute concert already

A little redundant, I know, but for Heaven's sake: this is the worst anti-Q+PR tour post I've read. If you don't like it, fine, but don't impose your opinions on Freddie.

"Yes, Freddie, he was the singer with Free, when I was lead guitarist with that band, and later on Paul fronted Bad Company. A great set of pipes and a diamond geezer"

CORRECT REPLY: "I know that, you idiot, he was one of my idols."

Oh, and the song references are silly.

Just a thought

Gee Devils Reject, that was just a joke! Take it easy. Nobody wanted to impose their opinion on anyone. BTW it was posted in the QZ news, it is not my own post.
Oh, and that PR was Freddie's idol is not really certain.

Fairy I thought it was quite whimsical as a joke.

And yes, we still do NOT know for certain, if Paul was Freddie's idol.
xyz
for your info. ...
BRIAN appreciated Paul Rodgers in one of their interviews in middle '70s.
Je vais bien. Estoy bien.
My apologies :)
