Mercury was not exactly white. He was of middle-eastern descent, born in Africa and raised in India. So I guess he is in clear. The fact that, rest of the Queen members have been close friends with Mercury for 20 years puts them in clear too. :)

I change my mind Queen were very racist. Just based oon watching the One Vision documentary alone> They say it was originally about Martin Luther King and the last line is "Gimme gimme gimme fried chicken" as if Fried Chicken would shut him up about his dream of peace and unity...sound suspicious to me.

Peter Straker was one of Freddie's close friends wasn't he? and he is either black or mixed race.
I personally find it highly unlikely that Freddie, having been brought up on an East African island, attended an Indian school (where many different nationalities mixed) and having Jimi Hendrix and Aretha Franklin as two of his idols is likely to have been a racist.
