What do you look like?

OK people, the time has come for everyone to post a picture of themselves. I want no excuses! There are several people here that I interact with daily, and yet I don't know what you look like. Sure, I can click in your profile, but I'm lazy, and, more often than not, the pictures in there don't work.

If you need to upload a picture, www.imageshack.us is the only way that I go. I highly recommend it.
