I hear you are a Wal-Mart employee. Whilst working at a Wal-Mart, what do you prefer to stack on the shelves? Do you prefer to stack Chef Boyardee Ravioli, Hostess Snack Cakes, Seltzer, or Uncle Ben's Ready Rice on the shelves?

What size is your blue vest? Are you an executive employee or just a plain one?

First off .. I normally dont respond to people calling me out. I am not in the military either so commands dont work very well with me either.


Now as to your questions.

I am not an overnight grocery associate.
I work days in the produce department.
It doesnt matter which item is my favorite but if i had to pick one. It would be one in which I wouldnt have to remove the contents from the package. Ya see we get our items in plasic containers called RPC or Returnable Plasic Containers. So for instance a case of 8 ounce Whole Mushrooms Monterey Brand comes in a small RPC. The way the shelving case is set up all I have to do is slide the RPC into the shelving case which we call "The Wall" that is my personal section in which I designed the entire set up , I can have that section stocked within one hour of me clocking in. Which the assistant managers and department managers all say is the fastest theyve ever seen that get done.

I may also add , Im not an executive as stated above I work in produce. Although I am working my way to the top to put myself in a position to become an exec , Department Manager being my next step up the corporate ladder.

I also dont wear any vest. Unlike the rest of the employees I prefer to wear an apron which is an option when you work in Produce. You can also sometimes catch me working in the meat department with a white lab coat.

Gah ... not what I was hoping for really but in anyway that I could shed the light on myself just once i thought id explain since someone was daring enough to ask..as for a fan I already have a fan or two here they both know who they are

thanks flash00 ,ah to me it doesnt matter if I bite to these threads or not it just poked at me at first that i saw my own handle in a topic here. It surprised me. As for my responce I just like to make things clear so questions dont repeat themselves , I think I may have done just that with that reply.

I didnt know I had fans really I thought all this time that I was barely above noob status ... i brought up an old topic from about a year ago .. and I saw that one of my first posts was back in November last year so im guessing i signed up for all of this either late october or just then .. but as ive always said ive read the forum here for even longer than that. I just never had anything good to say.

I acctually agree with ya Haystacks ... Im underpaid and I dont have benifits. The Managers treat ya like shit reguardless of what you do.

indeed as in alot of communities the option of choice doesnt exist anymore Wal mart has changed they whole demographic... some commuinities only have Wal Mart.
