A "ditty" to give it its proper spelling is a simple song or short poem intended to be sung. Hope that helps

I haven't downloaded this yet, but my educated guess is that it's "Don't Jump Off The Roof, Dad," which Brian performed "live" on the Howard Stern show in 1993(?)
