It looks like he started combing his hair forward.
While there's nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery ("more power to him" - I agree), I really don't see evidence of it in these pics.

He has had the teeth done, as well as the hair...
You can't comb that much forward. A Hair-job is perfectly fine.
I don't see any other evidence of operative work. Looks to me like he started eating right, working out, and taking care of himself.
