He liked his men big and muscle...
Mary is small and slim and Barbara is chubby so in size he could go for both, hair colour probably blond... Not sure.

and monserat caballe, cant forget her, she was a big woman, brunette and her teeth were slightly wonky, sort of like freddies, so if he didnt go for men and went for women i dont think he would have a "type" unlike roger who likes slim blondes (except dominique)
