Do Detroit and I will come.. as I can't leave Michigan.. hehehe.. otherwise I am SOL.. not that I ever have money anyway..
okay since the topic is up there again....I'll get my two cents or so in there....(I guess that is about 1.25c in US funds...
First I would like to thank the organizers for putting another one on this past year and the one coming....great job and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into organizing it....and for everyone who has never been...they are fun and worthwhile events....
I am okay with going to Cleveland yet again this year but really would prefer to go to another city and attract other fans to make things bigger.....if you feel Toronto (amazing city, one of the largest North American cities and has a tremendous Queen fanbase) is too far north, why not try something close to NYC or the East Coast... only because again you have one of the largest cities, tremendous fanbase, you could see that clearly at the Meadowlands....it would seem that 1/4 of America is around the east coast area..... .over the years I've been to conventions in Detroit, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Chicago, etc. and each of those were big....and drew big from their respective areas........personally I just have more fun going to a completely new place (it could be anywhere....as long as you get the fans) which was also a big part of the appeal of going to the convention - it becomes a true vacation as well.
I know that we'd need individuals to help organize things from those locations but I really think that could happen....in future years
again just my humble opinion....still looking forward to this one though
