You know the bit right at the end of 'AWT' just before Freddie says 'ooh it's bliss', it sounds just like the beginning of 'YDFM'. Is that the actual bit or just similar?

It's indeed a part from YDFM.
Same thing, yes. Probably reused just because it fit in with YDFM and Freddie didn't have the time or energy methinks to do his old fashioned massive overdubs. (On most songs on the Innuendo and Made in Heaven albums, it's plainly Roger and Brian doing the harmonies).
