I feel so ill :(

Today was such an exhausting day for me.
My whole face is very hot and my whole body is all cold. I have a headache all around my head, back and front. I just feel so ill :'(

Is anyone here a docter ;)
How was everyones day? Good or bad? Is it just me or anyone else feels like this? Take care x

I feel sorta the same but my whole body is aching specialy my legs.
I have a bad headache since yesterday!!! :(
